To make a booking please complete the downloadable Application to Hire 2017 and forward to the Hall Manager.
Hire of the main hall includes the use of the snug bar and kitchen unless otherwise stated.

Bookings should always take account of the time required for setting up before a function or activity and for clearing/packing up afterwards.
For parties and functions, there is a £25.00 non-refundable reservation fee payable at the time of booking. There is also a security deposit of £100 in addition to the hire costs payable when the invoice is paid. This will be returned after the event provided there has been no damage to or interference with the property, fittings or equipment, no extra cleaning is required and no complaints which may result in a cost to the GPCA have been received.
Cancellations made after the invoice has been paid will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
A discount of 10% will be made for regular bookings of 10 weeks or over. Regular hirers are required to pay a £25 deposit for the keys to the Hall.
The hire charge for the Snug Bar alone is £10.00 per hour.
When a bar is ordered, the hirer pays for the bar staff required at the rate of £10.00 per hour per bar person for the hours the bar is booked which should include 30 minutes “drinking up” time. It is recommended that 1 bar person be hired for every thirty adults present although, for evening parties, a minimum of 2 bar persons will be provided and 3 for 18th to 21st birthday parties. This charge for bar staff is reflected in the cost of drinks, which is below normal pub prices.
